According to Jin10 data, Federal Reserve Chair Kevin Walsh stated on July 14 that central bank policymakers will not tolerate elevated inflation. Walsh reiterated the Fed's commitment to controlling price increases, which have persisted for five years. In prepared remarks, he said: "Our committee members will never tolerate persistently high inflation. We are all committed to restoring price stability. If we can implement the right policies—and we will—the inflation of the past five years will become history."
