Foreign Investors Pour Into U.S. Stocks at Record Pace, Inflows Hit 2.5% of AUM Year-to-Date

According to The Kobeissi Letter, foreign investors are flowing into U.S. stock markets at a record pace as of July 3, with global investment fund inflows reaching approximately 2.5% of their total assets under management year-to-date. Since May alone, this ratio has more than doubled. The current level significantly exceeds the historical average of 0.3% outflows across the same period from 2002 to 2025, indicating unprecedented demand for U.S. equities.
