According to Odaily, former Ethereum core developer Eric Connor has significantly reduced his ETH holdings over the past 1-2 years. In a reply to Bankless founder David Hoffman on X, Connor stated that all assets he swapped out of ETH have vastly outperformed the token. He attributed Ethereum's relative underperformance to ETH's rapid early rally creating a large cohort of holders who have been continuously selling, requiring an extended period for the market to digest this selling pressure.
