According to UBS Securities' Global Investment Banking Co-Head Chen Ge, foreign investors including JPMorgan, Fidelity, Qatar Investment Authority, and Abu Dhabi Investment Authority are actively participating in Chinese capital market transactions such as IPOs, private placements, and convertible bonds in the first half of 2026.

Many institutional investors are making their first investments as anchor investors in Hong Kong stock listings, accepting a mandatory six-month lock-up period. This commitment signals strong confidence in the investee companies.
