Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley Each Set to Earn About $100M From SpaceX IPO Underwriting

According to ChainCatcher, citing regulatory filings and sources, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley are expected to each receive approximately $100 million in underwriting fees from SpaceX's initial public offering. The two lead underwriters will secure about 40% of the total $500 million in underwriting fees, which represents 0.7% of SpaceX's $75 billion fundraising target. Bank of America, Citigroup, and JPMorgan Chase are each anticipated to receive about $75 million.
