Google Agrees to $920 Million-per-Month Computing Deal with SpaceX Through Mid-2029

According to Bloomberg, Google has agreed to pay SpaceX $920 million monthly for cloud computing power under a deal running through mid-2029. Monthly payments begin in October 2026, with computing capacity ramping up at lower cost through September. Google can terminate the contract if SpaceX fails to provide Nvidia chip access by September 30, with a one-month grace period. Either party may also exit with 90 days' notice.

The agreement adds to Alphabet's AI infrastructure investments, part of the company's planned $175 billion to $185 billion capital expenditure for 2026.
