Grayscale CFO Edward McGee Resigns Effective July 2; Company Suspends IPO Preparation

According to CoinDesk, Grayscale Chief Financial Officer Edward McGee resigned effective July 2 for personal reasons, not due to operational or policy disagreements. The company appointed Kathryn Masci and Daniel Plourde as interim co-CFOs, with Masci also serving as chief financial and accounting officer and joining the board. Grayscale has suspended its IPO preparation efforts.
