Grayscale Outlines Why Bitcoin Fell to $60K From $83K and Lists Three Conditions for Recovery

According to Grayscale, in its recent report, the cryptocurrency fund company identified the main factors behind Bitcoin's sharp decline from $83,000 in May to $60,000 in June. The firm cited four reasons: a shift in Federal Reserve interest rate expectations toward potential hikes rather than cuts, delays in the U.S. Clarity Act for cryptocurrencies, significant Bitcoin sales by Strategy, and quantum computing concerns.

Grayscale analysts stated that Bitcoin may approach its bottom if three conditions are met: the Clarity Act passes the Senate, Strategy stabilizes its financial position, and the Fed halts interest rate increases. Conversely, if these conditions are not met, further declines remain possible.
