Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index fell 239 points, or 0.95%, to close at 24,892 on Monday, breaking below the 25,000 level amid a tech-led selloff. The Tech Index dropped 3.04% to 4,668, with Tencent falling 7% to 440.6 Hong Kong dollars and NetEase declining 7.4% to 193 Hong Kong dollars, marking the worst performing blue chips.
