Hyperliquid Launches Long Semiconductor (Longsine) IPO Futures at $7.2, Valuing Stock 6x Higher Than IPO Price

According to Guru Club, the decentralized derivatives platform Hyperliquid launched perpetual futures contracts for Long Semiconductor (Longsine) on July 15, pricing them at $7.2 per share—approximately 52 yuan per share—ahead of the company's July 16 Shanghai STAR Market IPO at 8.66 yuan per share. Based on the post-IPO share count of 6.688 billion shares, the contract implied a market cap of around 3.5 trillion yuan, or roughly 6 times the IPO issuance value of 579 billion yuan. Within 24 hours of launch, the contracts recorded $1.32 million in volume and $2.41 million in open interest.
