iDenfy Launches Full Arabic Support for KYC Platform to Reduce MENA Verification Drop-Off

iDenfy has recently launched full Arabic language support across its identity verification software, covering the entire KYC workflow including onboarding instructions, document guidance, and warning prompts. According to the company, the expansion targets the rapidly growing Middle East and North Africa digital finance market, where over 420 million people speak Arabic as their primary language. The company cited research indicating that approximately 35% of consumers across MENA abandoned platforms due to poor user experience or language-related friction during onboarding. CEO Domantas Ciulde stated that completion rates are the key metric for users of iDenfy's software, emphasizing that unclear instructions in users' native language represent a fixable problem. Arabic is the first non-European language added to the platform this year, with Hebrew scheduled next.
