According to Injective's official announcement yesterday (July 16), the company filed SEC Form TA-1 to register as a transfer agent and unveiled Injective Mint, an institutional platform for tokenized real-world assets. The filing, announced during the Injective Summit in Washington, D.C., positions the blockchain to maintain official securities ownership records directly on-chain. SEC transfer agent registrations typically become effective approximately 30 days after receiving a complete application.

Injective Mint, currently in private beta, enables institutions to issue compliance-ready tokenized assets without coding expertise. The platform integrates asset creation, regulatory controls, and on-chain management into a single interface, allowing issuers to establish holder restrictions, define jurisdictional limitations, and automate compliance enforcement at the blockchain level.
