Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Fires on Tanker Near Strait of Hormuz

Gate News message, April 18 — The UK Maritime Trade Operations (Britain's maritime safety authority) reported that the captain of a tanker said two Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) patrol boats approached the vessel and opened fire on April 18.

The tanker and its crew remained safe following the incident, according to the statement.
