JPMorgan Turns Cautious on Digital Assets, Warns Strategy May Need to Rebuild Dollar Reserves

According to JPMorgan analysts in a report published Friday, Strategy may need to rebuild its dollar reserves to restore investor confidence. The firm's current reserves cover only about 6.3 months of dividend payments, fueling investor concerns about potential future bitcoin sales. JPMorgan has shifted to a cautious stance on digital assets, citing weaker capital flows and Strategy's recent 32 bitcoin sale. The analysts now estimate less than 50% chance of the U.S. crypto market structure bill (Clarity Act) passing this year, a key factor conditioning their outlook.
