JPMorgan's Kinexys Adds 5 Asia-Pacific Currencies to Blockchain Deposit Accounts; Cumulative Volume Exceeds $4 Trillion

According to CoinPost, JPMorgan's Kinexys announced today the addition of 5 Asia-Pacific currencies—Australian dollar (AUD), Hong Kong dollar (HKD), Japanese yen (JPY), Chinese yuan (RMB), and Singapore dollar (SGD)—to its blockchain deposit accounts (BDA) network, bringing total currency support to 8, including existing euro, pound sterling, and U.S. dollar. The platform now processes daily transaction volumes exceeding $7 billion. Japan's energy giant JERA Global Markets became the first enterprise to adopt the JPY BDA offering for internal fund management and liquidity optimization.
