Mongolia's Prime Minister Meets Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi in Ulaanbaatar

According to Xinhua, Mongolia's Prime Minister Ukhnaagiin Khürelsükh met with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi in Ulaanbaatar on June 15. Wang Yi stated that China and Mongolia are permanent neighbors with interconnected mountains and waters, and friendly relations, cooperation, and mutual development are the only correct choice. China appreciates Mongolia's positioning of China relations as a priority in its foreign policy and Mongolia's support on issues concerning China's core interests. Both sides pledged to maintain mutual trust and support, strengthen political foundations for bilateral relations, and deepen cooperation across all sectors. Wang also proposed enhanced exchanges on party and state governance between the Chinese Communist Party and the Mongolian People's Party.
