Pi Network Simplifies Launchpad, SLICE Test Token Runs Until June 28

According to Pi Core Team, Pi Network unveiled a simplified Launchpad update on June 17, alongside a new Testnet token called SLICE running until June 28. The redesigned platform consolidates separate staking and commitment steps into a single confirmation screen, addressing usability challenges from the first test token, IRRA, which attracted 478,000 participants who staked over 36 million Test-Pi and committed nearly 15 million Test-Pi. Unlike IRRA, SLICE connects to a functioning application called Slice of Pi for real engagement testing. The token remains Testnet-only and will never migrate to Mainnet or become tradable.
