Ripple Launches Ripple Mint Platform on July 23, Adds RLUSD Support Across Six Blockchains

On July 23, Ripple launched Ripple Mint, a platform enabling eligible institutions to mint, redeem, and manage RLUSD stablecoin through browser-based and programmatic interfaces. The platform combines automated APIs, webhook notifications, and reference IDs to help institutions integrate RLUSD into existing systems and manage digital dollar liquidity across supported networks.

Ripple Mint also extends RLUSD beyond the XRP Ledger and Ethereum to six additional blockchains, including XRPL EVM Sidechain, Base, Optimism, Ink, and Unichain. Existing RLUSD customers can access the platform immediately through manual or automated workflows.
