Sierra Completes $950M Series E Funding at $15.8B Valuation, Led by Tiger Global and GV

According to ChainCatcher, Sierra, an enterprise AI startup founded by OpenAI board chair Bret Taylor and former Google executive Clay Bavor, has completed a $950 million Series E funding round at a post-money valuation of $15.8 billion. The round was led by Tiger Global and Alphabet’s venture arm GV, with participation from existing investors including Benchmark, Sequoia, and Greenoaks. Sierra provides AI customer service agent products for enterprises. The company’s annualized recurring revenue has surpassed $150 million within eight quarters.
