In June, SpaceX's Starship rocket successfully deployed 20 Starlink V3 satellites during its first test flight following the company's Nasdaq IPO. The upper stage of the vehicle achieved a controlled splashdown in the Indian Ocean as planned. The test marked Starship's 13th flight attempt. However, the first-stage booster experienced partial engine restart failures during the landing sequence.
