According to Yahoo Finance, SpaceX's stock price fell to a record low of $109.53 on July 28, despite the successful Starship test launch three days earlier. The stock closed down 1.4% at $113.50, marking a weekly decline of 7.2%.

The Starship's 13th test flight on July 25 from Texas successfully deployed all 20 next-generation Starlink V3 satellites and achieved controlled ocean landing after re-igniting engines in space. However, the Super Heavy booster failed to fully ignite all 13 landing engines, resulting in a harder-than-planned impact in the Gulf of Mexico. SpaceX spokesperson Dan Huot described the mission as successful, calling 13 a lucky number.
