SpaceXAI Launches Grok 4.5 AI Model at $2 per Million Input Tokens, Positioning for Enterprise Market

SpaceXAI announced today that it has officially launched Grok 4.5, its latest artificial intelligence model designed for enterprise coding, software engineering and advanced knowledge work. The company positioned Grok 4.5 as its most capable model to date, targeting technical tasks including data science, research, and multi-step professional workflows.

SpaceXAI priced Grok 4.5 at $2 per million input tokens and $6 per million output tokens, undercutting Anthropic's Claude Opus 4.8 at $5 and $25 respectively. The model runs at approximately 80 tokens per second and is available through Grok Build, Cursor and the SpaceXAI developer console. Musk described the model as "Opus-class" but faster and more cost-efficient.
