Taco Bell Removes Lettuce from Restaurants Amid Cyclospora Outbreak

According to Taco Bell on Friday, the chain has voluntarily removed lettuce affected by a cyclospora outbreak from its restaurants nationwide. In a statement, Taco Bell said it took swift action in close coordination with public health officials and removed the impacted ingredient from its entire supply chain out of an abundance of caution.
