Gate News message: On April 11, U.S. President Trump issued a statement saying Iran is suffering major military losses. Trump said Iran’s navy and air force have been destroyed, its air defense systems are effectively nonfunctional, its radar systems are paralyzed, its missile and drone factories (including the missiles and drones themselves) have basically been destroyed, and the long-time leader is no longer there. He pointed out that Iran’s only threat method at present is mines, but all 28 of its mine-laying boats have already sunk. Trump said the United States is clearing the Strait of Hormuz and is providing help to multiple countries such as Japan, South Korea, France, and Germany. He said that empty-capacity tanker ships from multiple countries are heading to the United States to load oil.
