UN Adds 3 Port Codes for UAE, Updates 10 Existing on May 13

According to the UN Economic Commission for Europe, the organization on May 13 added three new port codes for the United Arab Emirates and updated ten existing codes to strengthen supply chain resilience in the Gulf region. The new and updated entries cover key inland logistics hubs including Fujairah, Sharjah, Al Ain, and Abu Dhabi, encompassing railway cargo terminals, inland ports, logistics centers, and warehousing facilities.
