Upbit and Bithumb Lift Trading Alert on KERNEL on June 19, Resuming Normal Trading

KERNEL-3.06%
According to official announcements, South Korea's leading cryptocurrency exchanges Upbit and Bithumb lifted trading alerts on KERNEL on June 19, 2026. Both platforms returned the token to normal trading conditions after determining that risk factors had been eliminated. Upbit had placed KERNEL on a trading alert on April 20 due to security incidents in the project's digital asset infrastructure and concerns about operational sustainability. Following a review of comprehensive explanations and supporting documents provided by the KernelDAO team, the exchange confirmed that security questions were resolved and sufficient transparency was demonstrated. Bithumb similarly terminated trading alerts on both KERNEL and MAP Protocol (MAPO). Deposit and withdrawal services for these assets will be reopened.
