Voyager Digital Investors Appeal Mark Cuban, Mavericks Dismissal on June 23

According to The Street, Voyager Digital investors filed an appeal on June 23 challenging a December 2025 court dismissal of their class-action lawsuit against billionaire Mark Cuban and the Dallas Mavericks. Judge Roy Altman had dismissed the case, ruling plaintiffs failed to establish sufficient ties between defendants and Florida. Other defendants, including NFL player Rob Gronkowski and NBA player Victor Oladipo, settled for $2.4 million in 2024, leaving Cuban and the Mavericks as sole remaining defendants.
