Web3Labs Global Files IPO Application, Seeks $28M Funding at $4-$5 Per Share

According to ChainCatcher, Hong Kong-based Web3 services provider Web3Labs Global has filed an IPO application with the SEC, planning to issue approximately 6.3 million shares at $4 to $5 per share to raise about $28 million. At the midpoint of the pricing range, the company's valuation stands at approximately $141 million. The company plans to list on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol MDAT.
