#ETH vs SOL,你更喜欢哪一个? The Trading and Markets Division of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), not the Commission itself, has decided to approve a number of Ethereum spot ETFs. In the order approving the Ethereum ETF 19b-4 filings of BlackRock, Fidelity, Grayscale, Bitwise, VanEck, Ark, Invesco, and Franklin Templeton, the last line reveals how the decision was made.

The command states: The committee will be responsible for enforcement based on authorization. This means that the Trading and Markets Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), rather than SEC Chairman Gary Gensler or the other four commissioners, made the decision to approve the spot Ether ETF.
