Morgan Stanley: Estimate 2027 AMD EPYC Venice shipments to be 6.75 million units, 17% more than NVIDIA Vera processors.

Golden Finance reported that on June 26, Morgan Stanley released a research report estimating that the 2027 production volume of EPYC (Sapphire) Venice processors will reach 6.75 million units, which is higher than Nvidia Vera’s 5.75 million units—about 17% more. In contract manufacturing, Morgan Stanley expects TSMC’s CoWoS packaging capacity in 2027 to rise to 200,000 wafer starts per month; Nvidia remains its largest customer for advanced packaging.
