Odaily News Layer 2 Blockchain ZKSync’s parent company Matter Labs has been sued for intellectual property theft by the defunct digital asset bank platform BANKEX. According to reports, BANKEX CEO Igor Khmel and the BANKEX Foundation filed a lawsuit in the New York State Supreme Court on March 19, accusing former BANKEX employees Alexandr Vlasov and Petr Korolev of stealing the company’s technology to establish Matter Labs, which has raised over $450 million in venture capital and has become a major player in the blockchain industry.
