According to Gate News bot, Cointelegraph reports that real estate investment company Cardone Capital has officially launched the 10X Miami River Bitcoin Fund. The fund integrates two types of assets: 346 multi-family residential commercial properties along the Miami River in Florida and Bitcoin valued at $15 million.
The fund operation model is to convert part of the monthly cash flow into Bitcoin. Grant Cardone, founder and CEO of Cardone Capital, pointed out that the company has set a goal of accumulating $1 billion in real estate assets and $200 million in Bitcoin reserves in the mixed fund.
