Storm indicated that his legal team intends to respond to charges that he personally profited illegally during his time at Tornado Cash during the trial. However, he refused to disclose whether he would testify in his defense against charges of Money Laundering, conspiring to operate an unlicensed money transmission business, and conspiring to violate U.S. sanctions.
