The GIOC center of the American Secret Service has confiscated nearly 400 million USD in digital assets over the past decade, most of which is located in a single cold wallet. A “pig butchering” scheme involving 225 million USDT has been successfully blocklisted.

Investigations using blockchain data, VPN errors, and coordination with Coinbase and Tether to block wallets. GIOC is also training over 60 countries to trace crypto crime.

In 2024, Americans lost 9.3 billion USD due to cryptocurrency fraud.
