Satsuma has completed a $135 million financing.

Satsuma is a blockchain indexing platform that supports plug-and-play hosted subgraphs, making it easier for developers to search and analyze data on the blockchain, such as analyzing the Total Value Locked (TVL) in DeFi protocols. It features reliable, low-latency subgraph indexing capabilities, a GraphQL interface with high availability and low response times, and provides advanced metric monitoring and a flexible subgraph version control system.

Angel Round and Seed Round Financing

Bloom Labs Ltd has secured $1.6 million in Pre-seed funding led by Lightspeed Faction*, Stani Kulechov, Outlier Ventures, Delta Blockchain Fund, Cointelegraph Acceleration, APX, Plassa Capital, and Paul Taylor.

Bloom is a social layer built for on-chain finance, an integrated Web3 platform aimed at crypto traders and community KOLs, combining social discovery, on-chain analytics, wallet management, decentralized trading, and portfolio tracking in one. Users can follow the on-chain activities of trusted KOLs in real time and complete all operations within the app without having to jump between multiple platforms.

Questflow has secured $6.5 million in seed funding, with investors including Cyber Fund*, Delphi Labs, Systemic Ventures, Eden Block, and others.

Questflow is a decentralized autonomous AI Agent network that enables users to leverage advanced artificial intelligence to automate workflows and enhance productivity. The platform supports the creation, management, and deployment of AI Agents to execute complex tasks across applications. By integrating with decentralized technology, Questflow provides efficient and scalable automation solutions, reducing labor costs and improving operational efficiency.

Poseidon has secured $15 million in seed funding led by a16z crypto*.

Poseidon is a decentralized data layer built on the Story Protocol, designed to provide compliant and high-quality training data for AI. It leverages Story’s IP programming infrastructure and immutable registry to ensure that data is legally available, supporting AI developers in secure calls. The platform rewards data creators, building a new type of internet economy based on trusted data.

Syntetika has secured $2.5 million in Pre-seed funding from investors John Lilic, Alex BertoG, and Russell Thompson.

Syntetika is a blockchain protocol that bridges traditional finance (TradFi) and DeFi, offering structured yield products that combine on-chain and off-chain returns, achieving an excellent risk/reward ratio. The first product is the tokenization of the Hilbert Group’s Bitcoin yield strategy, integrating Hilbert’s quantitative finance capabilities with technical partners such as Galactica and Private Pools Network.

Bankr has received an investment from the Base Ecosystem Fund, the amount of which has not been disclosed.

Bankr is an AI-driven crypto assistant that allows users to trade, place orders, exchange currencies, manage wallets, and even issue tokens on social platforms like X and Farcaster through natural language. It is built on Clanker and Privy, automatically creating wallets linked to user accounts without the need for manual configuration.

Bitzero received $25 million in funding.

Bitzero Blockchain Inc. is an ESG-oriented data center operator focused on Bitcoin mining and high-performance computing, with bases in Norway, Finland, the United States, and Scotland. It emphasizes the use of renewable energy and waste heat recovery, supported by investor Kevin O’Leary, known as the “Smart Money Winner.”

Lightyear has completed a $23 million Series B financing, with investors including NordicNinja*, Lightspeed, and others.

Lightyear is a zero-commission investment platform serving European users, offering global stocks, ETFs, and high-yield savings products. It is dedicated to merging traditional finance with decentralized technology to promote financial inclusion.

Courtyard.io has completed a $30 million Series A financing round, with investments from Forerunner Ventures*, NEA, and others.

Courtyard.io is a physical collectible NFT marketplace where users can trade or exchange graded trading card NFTs on Polygon. Each collectible has an on-chain certificate that allows for immediate trading or redemption for physical items, supporting mystery box drops, provenance tracking, and buyback guarantees, integrating Web3 liquidity with real-world value.

DSRV has secured $11.6 million in Series B funding, with investors including InterVest and SK Securities.

DSRV is a blockchain infrastructure company based in Seoul, providing one-stop solutions such as staking, custody, payments, and node services, supporting over 70 networks, with asset management scale exceeding 3 billion dollars.

Gaia completed a $10 million Series A funding round, with investors including ByteTrade Lab* and SIG DTI*.

GaiaNet is a decentralized AI infrastructure platform where users can deploy personalized AI Agents. The nodes support OpenAI API and web chat UI, enabling domain-level load balancing and customized services.

Freename has completed a $6.5 million Series A funding round.

Freename is the first ICANN-authorized Web3 domain registrar, supporting management of traditional DNS and blockchain domains (TLD/SLD). Users can create, trade domains, and share revenue.

xTAO completed a $22.8 million financing round, with supporters including DCG, Animoca Brands, and others.

xTAO is the first publicly listed company supporting the Bittensor ecosystem (TSXV: XTAO), running TAO nodes as a validator, providing AI API access and staking income from TAO assets.

Soluna has secured $20 million in funding.

Soluna builds green data centers next to renewable energy plants, converting excess energy for AI, Bitcoin mining, and scientific computing, providing sustainable high-performance computing infrastructure.

Deutsche Digital Assets (DDA) has secured merger financing from Archax.

DDA is a digital asset management company regulated by Germany’s BaFin, providing services ranging from passive ETPs to active strategies and white-label services, catering to institutions and high-net-worth clients.

Capital B (formerly The Blockchain Group) raised $12.1 million in funding.

This French listed company is the first “Bitcoin treasury company” in Europe, holding BTC and developing data intelligence, AI, and Web3 infrastructure products.

Quack AI has secured $3.6 million in funding.

Quack AI is an AI-based decentralized governance protocol that can automatically read, analyze, and execute DAO proposals, supporting multi-chain governance decisions, initially built on DuckChain (an EVM chain integrated with Telegram).

Nubit received investment from Zero Seven One Labs.

Founded by Professor Yu Feng from the University of California, Nubit is building a “trust-minimized world computer” for Bitcoin, achieving programmability and scalability for Bitcoin based on technologies such as BitVM and OP_CAT.

Questflow has also received grant funding from Aptos Network, Coinbase Developer Platform, and others.

Delabs Games raised $5.2 million in Series A funding.

Delabs is a blockchain game developer on Polygon, known for titles such as “Rumble Racing Star,” “Space Frontier,” and “Meta Bolts,” with the team behind it being the renowned South Korean game studio 4:33 Creative Lab.

QCEX has secured merger financing from Polymarket, amounting to $112 million.

QCEX is a derivatives exchange and clearinghouse licensed by the CFTC, providing fully collateralized, regulated derivatives trading infrastructure.

Elysium Lab has been acquired by Blockstream Capital Partners, with the amount undisclosed.

Elysium is a Swiss digital asset company, and its Elysium Wallet is a self-custody wallet that does not require a private key, utilizing dynamic encryption, MFA, and biometric technology to enhance cryptocurrency security.

StablR received investment from Kraken, the amount has not been disclosed.

StablR is a fintech company that offers a euro stablecoin (EURR), which is fully backed by fiat currency and is aimed at institutional users.

WaveX has secured investment from the Soneium Spark Fund, with the amount undisclosed.

WaveX is a perpetual contract DEX on the Soneium network, offering high-leverage trading, deep liquidity, and zero price slippage. LPs can earn rewards by providing liquidity.
