Visa has expanded its stablecoin payment platform, adding support for three new stablecoins — PayPal’s PYUSD, Paxos-issued USDG, and Circle’s EURC — along with two blockchains, Stellar and Avalanche.

This move increases the total number of supported stablecoins to 4 (USDC, PYUSD, USDG, EURC) and expands Visa’s multi-chain infrastructure to 4 blockchain networks: Ethereum, Solana, Stellar, and Avalanche.

Visa stated that the integration of EURC allows partner testers to make payments using both dollar-pegged stablecoins and euros, enhancing the flexibility of cross-border payments.
