Binance contracts will launch ALL 75x comprehensive index U-based Perptual Futures on August 6, 2025, at 17:00 (UTC+8).

About Binance ALL Composite Index

The Binance ALL Composite Index tracks all Perptual Futures quoted in USDT on Binance contracts, excluding the following contracts:

• ETHBTC Perptual Futures
• U-based Perptual Futures quoted in USDC or other stablecoins
• U-based Futures
• Composite Index Perptual Futures
• Perptual Futures pre-market trading
• Coin-Settled Perpetual Futures and Futures Contracts

The Binance ALL Composite Index is calculated using the weighted average of the real-time index prices of all components.

About Binance ALL Composite Index Point Adjustment Component Mechanism

The Binance ALL Composite Index undergoes component adjustments at 16:00 (UTC+8) every day.

New U-based Perptual Futures quoted in USDT

Contracts launched before the fixed component adjustment will be included in the Binance ALL Composite Index, while contracts launched after the fixed component adjustment will be included in the Binance ALL Composite Index the following day. Example 1:

Assuming that the U-based Perptual Futures will be launched on August 5, 2025, at 15:00 (UTC+8), this contract will be added to the Binance ALL Composite Index on the same day during the component adjustment at 16:00 (UTC+8).

Example 2:

Assuming that the U-based Perptual Futures contract goes live on August 5, 2025, at 17:00 (UTC+8), the contract will be added to the Binance ALL Composite Index during the component adjustment on the following day, August 6, 2025, at 16:00 (UTC+8).

The U-based Perptual Futures quoted in USDT will soon be delisted.

The contracts that will be delisted will be removed from the Binance ALL Composite Index during the nearest fixed component adjustment period within 40 hours. Example 1:

Assuming that the U-based Perptual Futures contract is delisted on July 30, 2025, at 17:00 (UTC+8), the contract will be removed from the Binance ALL Composite Index during the component adjustment at 16:00 (UTC+8) on July 29, 2025, because the Binance ALL Composite Index undergoes component adjustment daily at 16:00 (UTC+8).

Example 2:

If the U-based Perptual Futures contract is delisted on July 30, 2025, at 08:00 (UTC+8), the contract will be removed from the Binance ALL Composite Index during the component adjustment at 16:00 (UTC+8) on July 28, 2025, because the Binance ALL Composite Index undergoes component adjustments at 16:00 (UTC+8) every day.

• “ALL” is the abbreviation for “Binance ALL Comprehensive Index” and is not a cryptocurrency code.
• The above Perptual Futures will be included in Binance’s new trading fee discount event for newly listed currency pairs.
• The above Perptual Futures will be open for copy trading within 24 hours after going live. For more information on contract copy trading, please refer to this page;
• When the above Perptual Futures go live, their funding rate upper and lower limits are +3.00% / -3.00%;
• The funding fee is settled once per coin per hour;
• Based on the market risk conditions, Binance may adjust the above contract parameters, including adjusting the funding rate, minimum price fluctuation, maximum leverage, initial margin, maintenance margin, and other important parameters;
• Multi-asset mode supports the aforementioned Perptual Futures. Multi-asset mode supports assets other than USDT as margin for the aforementioned Perptual Futures (including valuation discounts). For example: Users can use BTC as margin to trade the aforementioned Perptual Futures;
• The above Perptual Futures are subject to the “Binance Terms of Use” and “Binance Contract Service Agreement”;
• The contracts and spot listings are not related. Just because a contract is listed on Binance does not guarantee that it will be listed on the Binance spot market;
