Lion Group, a company listed on Nasdaq, announced that it will completely transition from Solana and Sui to HYPE. The company's CEO, Wilson Wang, stated that they want to complete the transition in a disciplined and gradual manner and that they made such a choice to maintain the strength of their portfolio.

The company had received a $600 million investment during the summer and had created a crypto treasury. As part of this investment, HYPE was also acquired along with Solana and Sui, but it seems that the company has become even more eager regarding the Hyperliquid token, which recently broke records by surpassing $50.

The company holds over 6600 Solana and more than 1 million Sui. If all these tokens are sold at today's prices, 96 thousand HYPE can be acquired, and this will be added to the 128 thousand HYPE tokens already held by the firm.

This news also had a positive impact on the company's stock price, and the shares closed the trading day yesterday with an increase of more than 11%. There was also a further increase of 10% in after-hours trading.

Recently, Lion Group was not the only company that adopted the HYPE strategy or made purchases. In July, Hyperliquid Strategies, which transformed from a biochemistry firm to a treasury company, and Hyperion DeFi, which transitioned from a technology firm to another treasury company, made HYPE purchases.
