The total investment for the Aoshun Semiconductor 8-inch MEMS specialty chip IDM industrial base project is 3.5 billion yuan, integrating R&D, design, manufacturing, packaging testing, and terminal applications. It plans to build an 8-inch MEMS specialty sensor chip mass production line, an 8-inch MEMS specialty wafer rapid R&D line, an intelligent sensor innovation R&D center, an automotive-grade sensor reliability testing center, and an industry-academia-research cooperation center.
