The stablecoin project Falcon Finance, invested by the Trump family, has opened for public sale. Here are some tips to participate at a lower valuation!
Recently, Buidlpad announced the listing of the new public sale project Falcon Finance, which is a stablecoin protocol created by the well-known market maker DWF Labs and backed by the Trump family’s WLFI project investment. This public sale offers two types of participation valuations, and this article will analyze the participation methods and timing.
The stablecoin Falcon under market maker DWF Labs has received investment from the Trump family.
Falcon Finance is the stablecoin USDf issuance protocol under the well-known market maker DWF Labs. The Trump family's WLFI protocol previously invested 10 million dollars in this protocol. Within eight months of its launch, Falcon's circulating supply exceeded 1.5 billion dollars, with over 58,000 active users each month.
Unlike Tether and Circle's US Treasury reserves, Ethena's fee arbitrage is different. Benefiting from DWF's professional trading business, Falcon's stablecoin staking revenue sources are more diverse. When staking USDf in Falcon, the revenue sources include: comprehensive fee arbitrage ( if the fee is negative, arbitraging negative fees by selling spot and going long on futures ), cross-exchange arbitrage, staking altcoins on PoS public chains, and adding liquidity pools on-chain, with an annualized yield of 9% at the time of writing. In comparison, Ethena's current annualized yield is 7%.
