Jin10 data reported on September 24: On September 24 local time, the Governor of the Krasnodar Krai in Russia, Kondratiev, announced that the port city of Novorossiysk, located on the Black Sea in the region, was attacked by Ukrainian military drones, resulting in 2 deaths and 3 injuries. Additionally, 5 residential buildings and 1 hotel in the city center were damaged. Furthermore, the office of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium located in Novorossiysk was also damaged in the attack.
