According to Mars Finance, ARK Invest CEO Cathie Wood, in an interview with the Master Investor podcast, stated that the Hyperliquid protocol reminds her of the early potential of Solana, calling it a “new star in the blockchain field.” She pointed out that Solana has proven its value and has entered the mainstream of blockchain. Currently, ARK Invest mainly holds three types of crypto assets in its public fund: Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana. Wood revealed that the company indirectly holds Solana assets through Breera Sports, a project associated with the Solana treasury and supported by Middle Eastern investors. Additionally, she mentioned that economist Art Laffer provides advisory support for the project. Although Wood did not confirm whether she holds Hyperliquid assets, she believes the protocol is worth following. She also emphasized that Bitcoin remains the core of its crypto investment, asserting that Bitcoin dominates the pure crypto assets space, characterized by its fixed supply and risk resilience. She added that Ethereum plays an important role in the DeFi ecosystem, while the influence of stablecoins is rising, but Bitcoin remains the core of ARK's long-term investment thesis. Earlier, Cathie Wood stated that Ethereum cannot surpass Bitcoin and disagreed with Tom Lee's viewpoint.
