Trump dined with wealthy White House donors

President Trump announced a project to build a 90,000 square foot ballroom at the White House, which he has envisioned for many years to host state dinners and welcome foreign dignitaries.

The bulletproof glass structure, in sync with the architecture of the White House, has a capacity of about 650 people and is entirely funded by private donations. Trump praised the tycoons and tech leaders who contributed to the “magnificent ballroom.”

He also revealed plans to build a “Victory Gate” inspired by the Arc de Triomphe in France, located near the Arlington Memorial Bridge, expected to be completed in time for the 250th anniversary of American independence. These two projects are part of a series of renovations to the White House, including the refurbishment of the Oval Office and the renovation of the Palm Room.
