Fireblocks is in talks to raise funds to buy back employee shares.

Golden Financial reports that sources say the encryption infrastructure company Fireblocks is negotiating financing with investors to buy back shares held by employees. The company has hired Citigroup as an advisor. Sources indicate that the deal is still in its early stages, and it is currently unclear what the scale of the buyback is and Fireblocks' latest valuation.
