Scilex completes a $583 million Bitcoin strategic investment in Datavault AI

( Nasdaq: DVLT ), purchasing pre-paid warrants using Bitcoin payments, which have all been exercised to acquire approximately 264 million shares of Datavault AI common stock, based on yesterday's closing price of $2.21 per share, with a total value of approximately $583 million. This transaction has been approved by the Datavault AI shareholders' meeting, and both parties will enhance cooperation to jointly promote the growth of real-world asset tokenization business in 2026 and beyond.
