BlockBeats News, February 13 — Swedish-listed Bitcoin treasury company H100 Group AB has completed the acquisition of another Swiss Bitcoin treasury company, Future Holdings. As part of the deal, Richard Byworth, SYZCAP, and HUGESKY852 will serve as advisors to H100 and plan to further strengthen the company’s board appointments in capital markets, credit, and institutional capabilities.
