CME Federal Reserve Watch: 97.3% chance of holding interest rates steady in March

Gate News reports that on March 6, today CME’s “Federal Reserve Watch” data shows: the probability of the Federal Reserve cutting interest rates by 25 basis points in March is 2.7%, and the probability of keeping rates unchanged is 97.3%. The probability of the Fed cutting a total of 25 basis points by April is 12.5%, with an 87.3% chance of no change, and a 0.3% chance of cutting 50 basis points in total. By June, the probability of a total 25 basis point cut is 30.7%.
