On April 19, Ethereum developers held the 132nd ACDC conference call. The developers discussed preparations for the first Pectra developer Testnet (PectraDevnet0) and discussed the specifications and two research projects. The developers also discussed the open issues related to Electra, including EIP7251 and EIP7549. Long wick candle to these problems, the developers have proposed solutions and plan to finalize them within this week. In addition, a new EIP was discussed, which aims to create a generic EL request to simplify the messaging process. The developers plan to finalize the EIP and share its specifications by the end of this week.
