100,000 Non-fungible Tokens sold out in an instant, and the first community Token $SEND of Solana Blink ecosystem was born.

Abstract generation in progress

Two weeks ago, Solana’s Blink caught fire.

We have detailed the Solana Blink: on-chain operation one-click embedding social media, is the end of the circle socialization?

Blink allows on-chain features to be directly embedded on Twitter, enabling one-click completion of various on-chain actions such as Swap, Mint, and Donate in tweets.

However, at that time, Blink only demonstrated its ability to “what I can do”, while the specific approach was left open for the community and developers to explore.

Therefore, it is even more necessary to follow new projects revolving around Blink.

The army is precious for its speed. Blink has been released for only a few days, but an account named SEND (@thesendcoin) seems to be fully prepared, directly demonstrating more than 50 use cases that can be done with Blink in a detailed, vivid, and realistic description.

I haven’t even started researching, how did you manage to make examples with such ease?

And what’s even more coincidental is that the official release date of Blink is the 25th; the official account of SEND started hinting on the 24th that ‘Solana has big moves this week, don’t blink, send it’.

I just need to write on my face that I knew about Blink a long time ago.

Another point that makes people have to follow is that Solana founder Toly’s current top tweet is another 100 use case tweet for Blinks proposed by the SEND team, and the project is promoted by the bright brand; combined with the prescient posts of SEND, it is hard not to associate it with official support.

Do you think it’s all about technology? There must also be a degen worth following.

What you may not know is that SEND added a feature to mint Non-fungible Tokens through a Twitter button a week ago. Non-fungible Token holders are entitled to future $SEND Token Airdrops.

And the introduction of the SEND project clearly states: SEND will be a community Token to support Solana’s Blink ecosystem.

Do you remember the fact that Warpcast itself does not have Token, but incubates community MEME coin such as DEGEN?

Farcaster — CAST function — $DEGEN, will the same path happen on Blink function — $SEND?

100,000 Non-fungible Tokens, fear of missing out swept away

SEND supports the Blink ecosystem, so I made an example and created a speculative fear of missing out.

On July 3, SEND directly posted on X, launching 100,000 Send It series Non-fungible Tokens, which can be minted directly on the X page by clicking the Collect button in conjunction with Blink’s functionality.

With the ‘Allow ACTION on X.com’ feature of Phantom Wallet (supported by the Blink technology framework), you can easily mint this Non-fungible Token directly.

Meanwhile, according to the official rules of SEND, each player who holds a Non-fungible Token will have the chance to win a lottery prize of 6.9 SOL; at the same time, they will also receive undisclosed Airdrop rewards.

Considering that the SEND project also has its own “community coin$SEND”, this undisclosed Airdrop is very likely to be directed towards the $SEND Token itself.

Several key elements of gold shovels stacked together naturally make the emotion of fear of missing out soar, and the Non-fungible Token is quickly sold out; as of the time of publication, the floor price of the series on Tensor is about 0.42 SOL.

And obviously, SEND officials are also good at causing trouble. After the Non-fungible Token is minted, they post a link with Blink function, indicating that you cannot mint it now, but you can still trade it, and directly purchase this Non-fungible Token with one click.

At this point, Send it has more speculative meaning, and the translated connotation is probably to send the floor price of Non-fungible Token soaring.

With technology, use cases, and playability, the use of SEND around Blink really reminds people of the time when Warpcaster was hot, and applications like DEGEN and MEME coin were running wild.

From the community, to the community

The SEND official website is currently very simple, without revealing more detailed Token information and the institutional information behind it.

However, from the purpose of the project’s establishment and the use cases it presents, what is more long is the ecosystem that can be built for serving Blink in the future, and the developers involved in it.

In the long tweet mentioned at the beginning of the article, which covers 100+ Blinks use cases, SEND explicitly stated that other developers are welcome to implement similar, longer use cases and actively engage with them.

This is equivalent to saying that I have the ability to make samples myself and welcome more long developers to build the Blink ecosystem together.

Those who have been in the crypto circle for a long time all know that with only courage and outstanding technology, it is difficult to stand out in limited and unfaithful attention; no matter what you do, you should leave room for imagination related to Token.

SEND clearly embodies this feature, that is, I am not only doing technical development and ecosystem support in a Lei Feng style, but I also have my own Token$SEND, so this Token itself is actually rooted in the community.

Although the official has not announced the specific cooperation mode, we can actually boldly imagine whether the projects that cooperate with SEND to develop Blink use cases will receive rewards in SEND Token?

And will the users of these use cases receive rewards in SEND Token?

This is actually similar to the DEGEN/CAST/MEME Token class born in Farcaster or Warpcaster, namely:

All Tokens are the best rewards for early ecosystem building and participation in the ecosystem.

Only DEGEN and other MEME coins have developed in a user-driven manner, where active users can obtain them; whereas the approach of SEND seems to involve efforts from both ends — developers building Blink use cases and users using Blink, both have the potential to receive SEND Tokens.

From the community, to the community.

Everyone doesn’t hate the creation of a Token out of thin air, what they hate is not being able to benefit from this creation.

With this mentality, the SEND model can certainly continue to thrive, and will generate network effects as Blink is used by more and more people to share their Airdrop experiences.

However, with the Farcaster daily active users ATH in the past and the TON ecosystem attracting 1 million fans in an instant, it’s difficult to predict who will be a flash in the pan and who will have the last laugh.

But there is one thing we know.

Whoever pleases the community, owns Liquidity and attention.
