BlackRock focuses on BTC and ETH ETFs, and is expected to launch more asset allocation strategies in the future

Wu learned that, according to Eric Balchunas, senior ETF analyst at Bloomberg, Jay Jacobs, head of BlackRock’s ETF division, stated at the ‘ETFs in Depth’ conference that BTC and ETH ETFs currently only represent the tip of the iceberg, with only a small number of clients holding $IBIT and $ETHA ETFs. He stated that the company will focus on expanding the coverage of these two types of ETFs, rather than launching new AltCoin ETFs. In addition, Mike Venuto of Tidal stated that he often receives proposals for ‘BTC + other asset’ combination ETFs, and expects future ETF strategies to be linked to assets such as BTC, Nvidia, TSL, and MicroStrategy.
